Five-Star Review:
I grew up with this flavor (back then it was called Oriental) and it has remained my favorite noodle soup. My husband always adds Soy sauce, so I guess it makes sense that is what it’s called now. My go-to add-in is always red pepper flakes. If I’m feeling ambitious, I’ll slowly pour in a whisked egg when the noodles are about half done for a egg-drop style. Adds more protein and makes me feel like I can call it a real meal.
